Hiroaki Matsui Appointed as Legal Advisor to the Human Capital Management Consortium
AI-EI Law Firm is pleased to announce that Partner Hiroaki Matsui has been appointed as legal advisor to the Human Capital Management Consortium.
The Consortium was established on August 25, 2022, and was incorporated as a general incorporated association on April 1, 2026. It promotes human capital management among Japanese companies, in both practice and disclosure, through the sharing of leading practices, discussion of inter-company collaboration, and consideration of effective disclosure. Professor Kunio Ito, Director of the CFO Education and Research Center at Hitotsubashi University, serves as Chair. The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Financial Services Agency (FSA) participate as observers.
